Mamasara Cusco Hotel

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Cusco. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, restaurants, and markets. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making me feel safe and well taken care of during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good beds and working amenities. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included fresh fruits and was delicious.

As an added bonus, the hotel also offers luggage storage for convenience during treks. the sitting areas are great for relaxing after a busy day exploring the town.

The hotel's elevator access is limited, so guests may need to carry their luggage up a few flights of stairs.

The location was perfect - just a short walk from the main plaza, but tucked away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Plus, breakfast was served early, making it easy for us to start the day even when tours picked us up early.

We were disappointed at the surprise exchange rate we were given upon checkout, which seemed unfair and deceitful. However, the staff were not responsible for this policy, and did their best to rectify the issue. One of the bathrooms was also difficult to use, especially for elderly guests.
